CANCELLATION: Top Branding Altimeter reserves the right to call off any project, no matter the circumstances.

• A. The client has the option to put any project on hold for a month. If the client cannot be reached after that time, the project will be canceled and no refund will be given.
• B. A project cannot be abandoned after three requests for revisions.
• C. The project was paid for with a fake card.

REFUND POLICY:
A. If a client’s project isn’t started within 10 days of their purchase, Top Branding Altimeter will give them a 100% refund. However, this policy may be revoked at any moment for any reason. Additionally, if a refund request is made after the initial idea has been presented, the return will be prorated (less the processing fee and production cost incurred). In addition, any refund will be void if

• i. Any request for design adjustments will be treated as a continuation of the project, and a refund will not be taken into consideration.
• ii. The customer hasn’t responded in more than ten days.
• iii. Accepted a deal or discount offer.
• iv. The job needs to be finished quickly.
• v. Disputed a matter.
• vi. A third party outsources the project.
• vii. Problems unrelated to the project or the company.

Disagreement with their business partner, a change of mind, or hiring a different firm to work on the same project.

B. If a client receives a refund, they are no longer permitted to use any concept or design that was given with them; if this occurs in any way, the client will face legal repercussions.

C. Duplicate payments will immediately receive a full refund.

Once the necessary analysis is finished, we will start the procedure. As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it as quickly as possible.

You won’t have any ownership rights to any designs submitted by Top Branding Altimeter once you’ve received your return; instead, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies in order to maintain legality.
